Bullish, a cryptocurrency exchange led by former New York Stock Exchange President Tom Farley, has acquired cryptocurrency news site CoinDesk. CoinDesk faced financial challenges following the bankruptcy of FTX, its parent company. The acquisition will not impact CoinDesk's management team, and the exchange will operate as an independent subsidiary. CoinDesk plans to launch an editorial committee led by former Wall Street Journal editor-in-chief Matt Murray.
