Apple is developing a fourth iPhone SE for launch in 2024 or 2025 with a new strategy that aims to offer a similar user experience, build quality, and performance levels at a significantly lower price. Unlike previous SE models, the iPhone SE 4 is expected to feature a modern design and be more affordable. The North American giant plans to leverage in-house component production to reduce development and production costs. The new SE will resemble the 2022 iPhone 14, boasting a 6.1” OLED screen, a well-built aluminum body, and a single rear camera. USB-C is likely to replace Lightning, and the SoC will be an A18 Bionic for optimal performance. Apple's shift in strategy aims to cater to consumers who desire an iPhone but cannot afford the premium models. The iPhone SE 4 is anticipated to be priced between €600 and €700, offering a competitive option in the market.
