Microsoft: CMA's 'Tough and Fair' Stance on Activision Blizzard Deal

Smith had criticized the CMA last year, stating that confidence in the UK was 'severely shaken' when the $68.7 billion deal was rejected. However, Microsoft has restructured the deal and gained approval in the UK.
