Nothing has pulled the Nothing Chats beta from the Google Play store, citing delays in the launch to fix bugs. The app aimed to enable Nothing Phone 2 users to send text messages via iMessage. However, it required allowing the Sunbird platform to access iCloud accounts on Mac Mini's servers. The removal follows the revelation that messages sent using Sunbird's system lacked end-to-end encryption and were easily breakable.
